HARRY PERRY
\\ biography //
Harry Perry is an eclectic British composer and producer based in Sweden. As a prolific media composer, he has released 16 albums of production music in disparate genres since 2019. His work has been used in episodes of Saturday Night Live, Queer Eye Germany, Workin' Moms , Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, and Neighbours (the latter being a personal highlight).
In addition to his work for media, Harry hold a PhD in classical ensemble composition and a is respected independent popular musician.
His acoustic ensemble music has been selected for workshops by BBC NOW, Ensemble Cymru and the Allegri String Quartet; his electroacoustic music has been diffused by ElectroacousticWALES and his popular work (both solo as rryrry and in collaboration) has received continued support and airplay by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music. Harry's work largely focuses on the interoperability of cultural practice and attempts to redefine our understanding of genre, culture and artistic belonging.
